National Health Foundation is recruiting an Operations Coordinator

National Health Foundation (NHF) is now recruiting a determined and well-rounded Operations Coordinator who would like to be a part of a dynamic team. the position requires strong organizational skills together with an enthusiasm for learning and a willingness to assist the team. it involves collaboration with various members in health care, nationally and internationally. The incumbent must be flexible to work beyond the job description as per work demands. Key Responsibilities and description of duties:

  1. Support administrative functions related to operations management and coordination, including but not limited to:
    • generating process and spreadsheets, structure and organize activities, and preparing a variety of documents such as letters and mailing lists
    • assist in coordination of travel logistics, including reserving air tickets, accommodation, transportation, travel itineraries, travel packets, etc.
    • coordinating meetings, conferences, and special events with partners
    • compiling and develop working contract and TOR with local and international partners
    • gathering statistics and data to create various reports related to funding guidelines (e.g. milestones and progress reports, financial expenditures, results trackers) and fundraising
  2. Bookkeeping of activities that include annual work plan, human resources, and  finance and accounting, on a daily basis and prepare reports as needed
  3. Communicate and/or coordinate the day‐to‐day operations with various individuals internally and/or with external partners/funders
  4. Translate (oral and written) Thai-English meetings or documents and serve as in-house translator/interpreter as needed
  5. Perform other duties as assigned by the Head of Administrative team

Job-specific requirements and competencies:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in any field
  2. Highly proficient in spoken and written Thai and English
  3. Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills
  4. Excellent organizational, analytical, and time management skills including prioritizing tasks, organizing documents, tracking details, and managing multiple tasks in a timely manner
  5. Expertise with basic email, internet explorer, and Microsoft office (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  6. Excellent attention to detail
  7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  8. Have the willingness to learn new skills and to undertake new challenges
